POSITION TITLE: Social Compliance Auditor (Posted May 14, 2008)

Position Summary:
The auditor will conduct Social Compliance audits in the manufacturing industry, food processing, agricultural sectors. The auditor will verify the companies' compliance according to country law, international standards and client requirements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performing audits as required including, but not limited to, assisting in the development of audit plans; assisting in pre-audit preparation, using established checklists to ensure audit consistency; maintaining records from audits performed; coordinating activities with other audit team members and writing audit reports.
2. Evaluating and determining the adequacy of corrective action plans as provided by auditees in response to audits conducted.
3. Auditor should maintain proficiency with current and new country labor laws and international labor standards
Job Requirements: Education & Experience:

Position Summary:
The operations coordinator is responsible for coordinating & planning the work in the country, according to logistics and client's requirements. Coordinating country staff to ensure work is completed accordingly. Maintain communication between country staff, regional offices and Headquarters. Conducting administrative duties, paying bills, scheduling audits, performing weekly and monthly reports, expense reconciliations.

Position Summary:
The Development Manager is responsible for development of new business opportunities for the company in Europe in the area of responsible sourcing solutions and supply chain management. Responsibilities range from but are not limited to identifying new business and growth opportunities, development of new relationships with clients, NGO's and Business Associations in the region, evaluation of trends in Responsible Sourcing within the European Market in terms of social compliance and environmental products and expansion of new services to existing Clients.
The client development manager will be responsible in managing new client accounts, providing direction, education and guidance to the clients, building strong client relationships and planning and forecasting client growth.
Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for representing the company at Trade Shows, Conventions and Industry Conferences as deemed appropriate.

POSITION TITLE: South East Asia Research Associate

Position Summary:
The Research Associate will primarily be responsible for monitoring changes in national and provincial level regulations within South East Asia, specifically for Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Secondary responsibilities will include development of SEAsia specific consultation and services, management of and/or participation in labor standards projects and research, participation in local networking events, conferences, and trainings on SEAsia law, CSR, responsible sourcing, and other related topics.
In addition, the Research Associate will be called upon to assist the R&D Department in completing general R&D department duties, including:
researching and publishing the weekly corporate social responsibility newsletter
processing labor standards data for use in client program benchmarking

JOB SUMMARY:
The CSCC Account Manager is the primary customer contact responsible for the daily maintenance and development of business relationships with customers’ senior management.
