Minimum qualifications required for CSCC employment includes: college degree, bilingual ability, international work experience. The corporate training program is a Ten Step Module Training Program. Modules consist of company procedures and standards, monitoring methodology, cultural proclivities, universal health and safety standards, basic accounting and payroll, legal interpretations, etc. Each module requires demonstration of core competencies prior to advancement.
