FLA - Fair Labor Association - a nonprofit organization created to protect
the rights of workers in the United States and around the world. The FLA
Charter Agreement has created a revolutionary, industry-wide code of conduct
and monitoring system. CSCC has been certified in the United States as
an independent external monitor for the Fair Labor Association.

corporation dedicated to the promotion and certification of lawful, humane

ICTI was formed in 1974 as an association of toy trade associations from
around the world. The products of its member countries encompass the full
range of toys, playthings and related merchandise. It is incorporated
as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of New York.

Business Social Compliance Initiative - BSCI - The BSCI (which now includes the AVE) is the
European approach to improving social performance in supplier countries through a uniform social
standards monitoring solution for retail, industry, and importers. CSCC is an original certified
monitoring body.

InterAction is an umbrella organization of 160 humanitarian aid and relief agencies.
CSCC is accredited to certify InterAction's members to the Interaction Standards. |

CSCC, through its parent company, STR, is an IACET-approved provider of training and education. The accreditation means that CSCC's training and education systems represent adult education best practices as determined by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training and allows CSCC to grant Continuing Education Units (CEUs), which are academic credits accepted by numerous organizations and academic institutions around the world.
