CSCC's e-Learning courses are an innovative way to deliver standardized responsible sourcing training to even your most remote supply chain partners - without the added burden of travel costs and complex logistics. E-Learning is a convenient way to add an educational component to your responsible sourcing program or supplement the corrective action process.

All courses incorporate creative adult learning techniques with carefully targeted content. The learner will gain immediately applicable knowledge and skills, increasing the likelihood of sustaining long-term compliance at the factory level. Courses are interactive and engaging, and feature hands-on activities and relevant case studies to keep learners stimulated throughout. Module quizzes and course test challenge learners to apply learned knowledge. Instant test results and reports are available to track learner performance and progress.

Client Program Introduction
This introductory seminar familiarizes internal stakeholders, vendors, agents, and factory management with client-specific code of conduct requirements, audit expectations, and program mechanics. Our training staff will work closely with the client to ensure consistent training is delivered throughout the organization and its supply chain.

In-house Auditor Training
We can develop full or skill-specific training programs for our clients' in-house audit staff. Our staff can also evaluate auditors in the field to assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Factory Training
Our training staff can provide on-site training to factory management in best practices, code of conduct requirements, and implementation of corrective actions.

Shadow Audits
Corporate staff can accompany our auditors in the field to experience, first hand, the methodologies and approaches used during our audits.

Special Training Projects
Our training staff can design and execute special training projects to address additional topics or educational needs.
